Management

James T. Healy, President and CEO, was most recently president of Spirox, USA, a leading provider of advanced IC solutions from design and fabrication through assembly and test for the semiconductor and technology industries. Prior to joining Spirox, Healy was president of ASAT USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASAT Holdings Ltd., a leading provider of IC package design, assembly, and test services. He has also been president and CEO of Genus Inc. and Credence Systems Corporation, and has held a series of executive management positions at FormFactor, Inc. and LTX Corporation. He continues to sit on the Board of Spirox USA.

Fadi Maamari, Chief Operating Officer, has been with LogicVision since 1996 and has helped develop several generations of its embedded test technology. He has served as LogicVision’s Vice President of Engineering since June 2006, and previously held senior management positions in Engineering, Applications Engineering and Marketing. From 1990 to 1996, Dr. Maamari was a Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Labs’ Engineering Research Center in Princeton, NJ, specializing in Computer-Aided Design-For-Test of Integrated Circuits. He has a Ph.D. from McGill University in Montreal, and M.S. and B.Eng. degrees from École Polytechnique in Montreal, Canada.

Mei Song has served as Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer since October 2008. Prior to that, Ms. Song has served as the Company’s controller for three years, and has held various finance positions at the Company since 2000. She held different positions with Communication Power Industries, Inc, Pharsight Corp., and Summit Micro Design. Ms. Song holds an M.B.A. from Auburn University and a B.S. from the Hefei Institute of Economics & Technology. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Stephen Pateras, Vice President Marketing, has been with LogicVision since 1995. He has previously held senior management positions in both marketing and engineering and has been instrumental in defining and bringing to market several generations of LogicVision’s products. From 1991 to 1995, Dr. Pateras held various engineering lead and management positions within IBM’s mainframe test group. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Paul Price, Vice President of Field Operations has more than 20 years experience in the semiconductor industry. He has been with LogicVision since 1996 and has been involved in all aspects of the development, sales, and support of LogicVision’s embedded test technology. Prior to joining LogicVision, Mr. Price held various manufacturing, design, field support, and management positions at NCR Microelectronics, AT&T GIS, and Symbios Logic. Mr. Price has a BSEE from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a MEng from Cornell University.

Benoit Nadeau-Dostie, Ph.D., has served as our Chief Scientist since 1994. He was the primary architect of the design-for-test/embedded test program for Northern Telecom (now Nortel Networks) and Bell-Northern Research that resulted in several key patents related to built-in self-test. He has been published in numerous journals, magazines, and conference proceedings, specifically in the areas of memory, logic and printed circuit board embedded test. Dr. Nadeau-Dostie has been co-inventor of more than 30 patents, issued or pending, and the editor of the book Design for At-Speed Test, Diagnosis and Measurement. He was elected a senior member of the IEEE based on his contributions in embedded test and design-for-test. Dr. Nadeau-Dostie is a member of the International Test Conference program committee and of the IEEE 1149.1 Standard Working Group.

J.F. Côté, Chief Architect, has been with LogicVision since 1995 and played a key role in the architecture and development of all of LogicVision’s products. He is the co-author of several patents and is using his Embedded Test automation expertise in a significantly contribution to the new P1687 IEEE standard. Prior to LogicVision, J.F. was an ASIC system architect at Nortel where he played an instrumental role in the success of the famous OC192 product line. J.F. began his professional career as a DRAM designer at MOSAID which he joint after having completed his Master degree in Electronic Engineering from McGill university with a minor in administration.
