Directors

Gregg Adkin is a General Partner at Valley Ventures, a Southwestern US regional fund that invests in early and late stage companies in information technology, microelectronics, and life sciences. Adkin focuses his talents in securing and managing information technology and semiconductor investments. Prior to Valley Ventures, Adkin spent 15 years at Intel Corporation. As former Director of Strategic Investments, he brings experience in evaluating technology and market trends. Adkin holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University. He is currently on the Board of Directors for Andigilog, InnovASIC, LogicVision (LGVN: NASDAQ), and Seclarity. Adkin is also engaged in the Arizona community and serves on the ASU Fulton School of Engineering Advisory Committee.

James T. Healy joined the LogicVision Board of Directors in 2003. He was most recently president of Spirox, USA, a leading provider of advanced IC solutions from design and fabrication through assembly and test for the semiconductor and technology industries. Prior to joining Spirox, Healy was president of ASAT USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASAT Holdings Ltd., a leading provider of IC package design, assembly, and test services. He has also been president and CEO of Genus Inc. and Credence Systems Corporation, and has held a series of executive management positions at FormFactor, Inc. and LTX Corporation. He continues to sit on the Board of Spirox USA.

Randall A. Hughes has more than 20 years experience in the semiconductor industry. He is the chairman, president, CEO, and founder of ManSim Inc. Previously, he was vice president of business development at Genesis Semiconductor. Hughes was also chairman, president, CEO, and founder of TYECIN Systems, and he has held management positions at National Semiconductor, Fairchild, and Schlumberger. Hughes received a B.A. degree with majors in Mathematics and Physics from Northern Michigan University.

Richard Okumoto served as a director of Vitex Systems Inc., from 2005 until 2006.  From 2003 until 2005, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Photon Dynamics, Inc., a manufacturer of capital equipment for the flat panel display industry.  From 2002 until 2003, he was Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer at Electro Scientific Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of semiconductor capital equipment. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Okumoto was executive Vice President of The Garrett Group, a technology financial services firm. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Okumoto was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the I.C.E. division of Credence Systems Corporation, a manufacturer of semiconductor capital equipment. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Okumoto was President and Chief Executive Officer of TMT, Inc., a manufacturer of semiconductor capital equipment. From 1993 until 1998, Mr. Okumoto was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Credence Systems Corporation. Mr. Okumoto holds B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University. 

Matthew Raggett is a veteran of the semiconductor and electronic design automation industries. Most recently, Raggett served as the president and CEO of Analog Design Automation, which was sold to Synopsys. Prior to that, he was the vice president of worldwide field operations for inSilicon, Corp., an IP company that was acquired by Synopsys. Raggett has held management positions at Cadence Design Systems, National Semiconductor, Fairchild Semiconductor, and ITT Telecommunications. Raggett holds a higher technical certificate in Electronic Engineering (BSEE) from Brighton Technical College, England.

Richard Yonker has been the Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Vitesse, a semiconductor company, since December 2006. Prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer of Capella Photronics, Inc., an optical network company, from October 2005 to November 2006. He previously was the Chief Financial Officer of Avanex Corporation, an optical components company, from April 2005 to September 2005. From March 2004 to March 2005, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Actelis Networks, Inc., a fiber performance over copper telecom company. From February 2003 to February 2004 he was a consultant. Yonker served as Chief Financial Officer of Agility Communications, Inc., an optical networking component company, from November 2000 to January 2003. From March 2000 to October 2000, Yonker was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MMC Networks, Inc., a semiconductor company acquired by Applied Micro Circuits Corporation in October 2000. Mr. Yonker holds an MS in Management (Finance) from MIT, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from General Motors Institute.
